Wendell Beard
Survey Party Chief

Mr. Beard has been in the land surveying field since graduating from Hollister High School in 1973 for a total of 35 years. He has taken night classes taught by Dr. Richard Elgin in the Fundamentals of Land Surveying, Boundary Survey Calculations, and Land Survey Law.

He was employed by Rozell Survey Company for a total of three years, Missouri State Highway Department for one year, and Midwest Surveyors for 30 years. He came to Cornerstone Regional Surveying, LLC upon their purchase of Midwest Surveyors on July 1, 2007. He has held the position of Survey Party Chief for 27 years.

He has had experience in all types of surveying, including the following:

• Small to large boundary surveys
• Topographic surveys
• ALTA surveys
• Highway and road staking
• Sewer line staking
• Golf course staking
• Building staking of all sizes

Mr. Beard is capable of doing whatever field computations may be required in most survey situations.
He is a lifelong resident of Taney County and has performed surveys in Taney, Stone, Barry, Ozark and Christian counties.
